Fees
Sessions are available at £19.50 for a morning session and £39.00 for a full day.
The government offers 15 hours of free childcare each week for children, starting from the term after they turn three. If your child qualifies for this, we'll guide you through the process and handle the paperwork for you. There is also funding available for some two-year-olds, and certain families can receive 30 hours of funding for three-year-olds. You can find all the details and eligibility information on the website www.childcarechoices.gov.uk. We're here to help with any of these applications, so just let us know if you need assistance.
Please keep in mind that any sessions you book beyond the 15 funded hours will cost £6.50 per hour.

Contributions
Voluntary Contributions: Parents are encouraged to make a voluntary donation each term to support our pre-school, in addition to regular fees. This support is vital, as we depend on these donations and fundraising activities throughout the year. The voluntary donation is included in the termly invoice. We appreciate all contributions, as they help maintain the high-quality care and education that we are committed to providing to the children.
A charge of £49.25 is applied each term this fee covers the following;
Consumables eg snacks and non-food items such as wipes, tissues, and sun cream.
Enhanced Provision, this category includes events, celebrations, additional activities, cooking, planting resources, and visits from special guests like Hartbeeps & Zoo Lab. Resources are also provided to facilitate home sharing such as Bedtime Story Scheme. A subscription to the Tapestry online learning journey portal is also included.
Opting Out: Families who prefer not to make voluntary contributions, in full or part, may arrange to provide their own essential consumables and non-food items directly to the pre-school.

Payment
Invoices are issued termly, in advance, and we accept direct bank payments, cheques or cash. We also accept payments through the government’s ‘tax-free childcare’ accounts. More information is available at www.gov.uk/tax-free-childcare.
Timely payments are greatly appreciated but if families encounter any issues making payments, we encourage them to reach out to discuss any concerns.
We regularly reviews our fees, and any changes will be communicated to parents with at least half a term's notice.
